We will examine what cities and settlement patterns may be like if the challenges posed by global mega-trends were appropriately addressed. Whilst responses have been developed in various industries - energy, water management, food systems and many others, this course explores how these may be integrated together in a place based response - planning for a network of Circular Economy Villages (CEV).
